Ok, I know that this is a picture of cows, but sooooo much of our time driving around holland looked like this.

This is part of a canadian airplane which is now a WWII monument.

We went to church on Sunday. Marcel showed remarkable language skill by translating the entire sermon to me in English.

This church used to be connect to the tower from which I took the photo, but a tornado took out the middle section.

This bell is huge. The picture does not do it justice.

We walked up the 460 some steps to get to the top of the tower.

A public Urinal. I saw several of these in Amsterdam as well be did not think to ask about them. Marcel said these are used by the people who would typically pee on the streets in other countries. Maybe SdC should look into getting a couple of these. :)

If you look really close on this statue you can see a spiderweb on it's head.

This plaza reminded me of something out of Lord of the Rings.

During the protestant reformation. Protestants smashed all of the heads off of the cathoic statues. Ties between catholics and protestants have been strained in holland up till the very recent past.
